Are our stays private (not collective)?

  • Most of our stays are PRIVATE, that is to say that they do not take place in group mode and that you benefit from a guide (in case of activities) according to you and your friend. , family, group.
    • A supplement is required when booking for 1 person only
  • We also occasionally offer COLLECTIVE stays, which are specified as such in our offers.

I am alone, can I go with Rock up?

  • No problem, our stays are also planned for 1 person only. In this case, however, a supplement will be required when you request a reservation (not visible on the site).
  • You can also, in order to limit costs, check availability for our “group” stays.

Can you add special requests to a type of package?

  • YES , to the extent of our possibilities, we will do our best to help you with any additional requests.

Are there any “relax” packages without activity?

  • YES , in some of our “Relax” proposals, it is possible to have activities only on request, which are not included in the price of the package.

Do I have sufficient sporting qualities for the proposed activity?

  • Most of the time, good health is enough to most activities.
  • The sporting qualities are specified at the bottom of the package proposal in “ prerequisite “.
  • None of the activities offered are extreme.
  • For all the stays offered, except the stays organized for groups, your guide is at your disposal, according to your desires and your level.
  • For predefined programs which require certain sporting qualities required, these are specified at the bottom of the proposal under “prerequisites”. In addition, you must indicate, at the time of booking, your estimated level for the planned activity.

What equipment and material should I bring for the activity planned in my package?

  • Clothing suitable for the activity must be provided. A check-bed will help you choose the right clothes.
  • A list of useful technical equipment will be provided to you at the time of our final booking confirmation.

What if I do not have the necessary equipment for the proposed activity?

  • Some of our packages already include technical material; if applicable, it is mentioned in the package.
  • In principle, it is possible to rent technical equipment on site and we can take care of the reservation.
  • Your guide may sometimes lend you the missing equipment.
  • In any case, if you do not have all the material mentioned in the checklist, you must inform Rock up as soon as possible, but at the latest 10 days before your arrival.

Can I take my pet?

  • Animals are welcome in most of the establishments on offer. However, this point must be checked with Rock up before any reservation.
  • “Dog welcome” appears in the description of our packages, for hotels offering the possibility of accommodation and dog-sitter.

What is the reservation process?

  1. Choose your stay and dates
  2. Create your user profile on our site
  3. Confirm (your reservation request)
    1. Rock up will send you a confirmation of your reservation request confirming availability for the dates selected and thus your stay.
    2. It may happen that your hotel is not available for the dates selected. We will then contact you to suggest another hotel, other dates or another stay.
  4. Pay for your stay
    1. Paypal: 100% of the reservation within 24 hours after confirmation of availability
    2. Credit card via Paypal: 100% of the reservation within 24 hours after confirmation of availability
    3. E-banking: within 48 working hours from receipt of confirmation
  5. You will then receive a payment confirmation from us and can start packing your bags :)!

What documents do I need to have during my stay?

  • Final confirmation of your reservation and payment
  • Your identity documents
  • Your proof of payment if it was made less than a week before your stay

Is a tailor-made package possible?

  • For groups: YES , this is part of our offer
  • From 2 people: as far as possible , we will do our best to make you a proposal with our service providers already in place

Are there `` collective '' stays and how to proceed?
