D1 Night at the Sage

A tasting of local wines with a board awaits you at your boutique hotel , à la Sage. The warm and family atmosphere amplifies the charm of this exquisite place with a magnificent view. The icing on the cake: the cuisine is delicious!

D2 La Sage loop – night at La Sage

On the program, guided tour of the village of the wise , historical patrimony. Then departure on snowshoes towards the village of La Forclaz, and the pasture of Bréonna. A “fondue” stop at the Breonna refreshment bar is a must, unless you prefer to taste the latter in the village! In the evening, a table will be reserved for you in one of the most famous restaurants in the Valley, a 3 ‘walk from your hotel.

9 km loop / elevation gain + – 700m which can be shortened at will / approx. 4 hours of walking

D3 Evolène loop – night in Arolla

On the program, ascent with the Evolène ski lifts (10 ‘shuttle bus from your hotel), with a loop on the side of the Meina and the Arbey mayens. On the way back you will take the shuttle to Evolène. After a brief guided tour of the village, you will taste the famous raclette with your guide in a typical place!

Your taxi will pick you up from the village, with your luggage, to take you to the heights of Arolla , over 2000m (20 ‘).

D4 Arolla – Satarma

If you haven’t already, your guide will tell you the story of your hotel classified as Swiss historic , since its construction in 1896. Then you will go on an adventure in a “mountain” atmosphere. A loop will take you to discover the surroundings of Arolla and why not on the tracks of wild fauna? The route ends at the bottom of the valley, in Satarma. Valais dishes & wines will be waiting for you on the route of your loop or at the end of the stage.

The taxi will pick you up there to bring you back to your vehicle, at La Sage (20 ‘).

6 km course / positive elevation + – 250 m / approx. 3 hours of walking
