D1 – Chamonix – Refuge Albert 1er
  • 08:30 am Departure from Chamonix for the Tour
  • Le Tour ski lifts to the Autannes summit
  • Walk to the Albert 1er Refuge
  • Crampon school on the Tour glacier
  • Night with half board at Refuge Albert 1er
D2 – Refuge Albert 1er – Col Blanc – Refuge de Trient
  • 08:30 am Departure for the Col Blanc or Col sup du Tour
  • Walk to Pointe Orny
  • Night with half board at Refuge de Trient
D3 – Refuge de Trient – Col sup du Tour – Chamonix
  • 08:30 am Departure for the Col Sup du Tour and return to Tour with the facilities

D4 – Chamonix – Tête-Rousse refuge
  • Morning of rest

  • Fred bernard , guide to high mountain UIAGM and director of our partner Guides office for the whole of France, Peakpowder , based in Chamonix.
  • Fred or Rock up will contact you the day before your arrival in Chamonix in order to arrange a briefing at your hotel on the day of your arrival. The final program will be evaluated and defined during the briefing, depending on the weather and mountain conditions.


  • Good physical shape and good health are required for this course. In all cases, Rock up must be warned, as soon as you register, of all medical indications: food allergies, illnesses, diabetes, asthma, reduced mobility, etc. using this form.
  • The regular practice of an endurance sport is imperative for the preparation of all mountain activities. Previous mountaineering experience is strongly recommended.
