D1
- You will be greeted by your host with either coffees-croissants or a white Morgex typical of the area. After leaving your belongings there, your taxi will take you to the top of the hill for a fun snowshoe hike to explore the valley, accompanied by a tour guide. You will take off your snowshoes in front of the restaurant, a former haunt of smugglers, and start your tasting of wines and typical local dishes (8 courses). Back at your hotel, you can relax your muscles in the beautiful spa, before your planned evening meal at your hotel.
D2
- After a hearty breakfast, using local products, you can still enjoy the spa, or take the road in the direction of Aosta. Arrived in the old town, Stefano, the owner of an exceptional grocery store-cheese library, will be waiting for you in his cellar for a tasting of cheeses, local products and wine from the valley.
At La Salle, the hand of man has created a charming village nestled in the mountain landscape of Val d’Aosta with a sublime view of Mont-Blanc, or the famous Grivola. You will not find a shopping center in this village, but will appreciate the tranquility of its cobbled streets through the typical stone dwellings of the valley.
You are halfway between Courmayeur and Aosta (approx. 20 ‘drive), at the foot of a number of hiking trails, and very close to the alpine meadows and mountains of the valley.
Stone, wood, bay windows, charm, and a view of Mont-Blanc, to describe in a few words this sumptuous relay. The mountain style is omnipresent, mixed with a period style, which gives it a very special and warm atmosphere. Located at the top of the village of La Salle, between Courmayeur and Aosta, this hotel enjoys a very sunny location, plus a breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc or La Grivola.
